About
I am a compassionate and dedicated Therapist and Counsellor with a background in education, child development, and mental health support. With over 11 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families, I have developed a strong understanding of emotional, behavioural, developmental, and relationship-related concerns.
I hold a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling and additional qualifications in Sociology, Learning Disabilities, Montessori Education, and Art Therapy. I have also undertaken specialised training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), relationship counselling, and suicide prevention.
My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centred, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps individuals gain greater self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.
I work with individuals, teenagers, couples, and families, supporting them through emotional and behavioural concerns, relationship challenges, personal growth, and life transitions. My aim is to provide thoughtful, practical, and personalised support while respecting each client’s unique experiences and needs.
